Bedrooms
Privately situated on the 4th level is the spacious Master Bedroom, Wardrobe and En Suite. Access to the entertainment room and outdoor area is made possible from this area. Three double bedrooms are situated on the 2nd level as well as a shared bathroom and powder room. The second separate toilet is located next to the living room on the 3rd level.

House Rules Overview & Important information
- No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited at our property.
- Minimum Age: Guests must be 24 years or older to make a booking.
- Group Restrictions: We do not accept bookings for Schoolies, Hens, or Bucks groups.
- Respect the Neighbours: In compliance with QLDC noise rules, there shall be no use of outdoor areas between 10pm and 8am. Amplified sound, including music, is prohibited in outdoor living areas from 8 pm to 8 am. We require you to move inside and close the doors and windows. Noise must be kept to a minimum. Excessive noise or non-compliance may result in fines.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1,000.00 is required before check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card and released after your stay.

Noise Monitoring System: All of our properties are equipped with a noise monitoring system that continuously tracks noise levels (without recording audio/conversations) and promptly alerts the property manager if noise exceeds permissible limits. This system assesses decibel levels across the property, solely focusing on sound intensity without recording or eavesdropping, ensuring no collection, storage, or sharing of personal data occurs.

This property was amazing. Clean and warm. Enough space for everyone to have their own area if needed. The views were amazing. Host was easy to get hold of and replied immediately. I would highly recommend this property.
It was a great place to stay for a family reunion with several families. Facilities were great. Host was good to communicate with. The only downside was all the steps…. We weren’t expecting it to be spread over four levels. But that didn’t detract from our stay.
Amazing views and really not that far from town either. We stayed here for a work retreat and the size of the apartments and the layout was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone to have some space but also plenty of common areas for us to work together.

We booked both 5A and 5B for our family visit to Queenstown and had a great stay. Happy we had vehicles to travel in as the bus stop, while close by, would have been difficult for the unfit with the hill climb. The amenities were great and the spacious units offered plenty of room for everyone. We loved that outdoor BBQ area to spread out in, made comfortable with heating and protected from the wind. Some of us found the beds a little hard and maybe that was the electric blankets on them but we did need to put some soft blankets on them. The luxury fit out was gorgeous and the view.... THE VIEW!!!!! ... Absolutely spectacular! I would recommend a stay here.

overall is fine, we have many minor questions or issues during stay, but always can get a quick reply to solve all our inquiry, apartment is nice, we have a big family group which rent both 5A and 5B, it will be great if it have a connecting door at 2/F or 3/F as some hotel, it will be more connivence for a big family group.
quite a walk uphill and downhill but this does not matter if you will just stay in the beautiful residence with amazing view all day long. perfect kitchen for family and living area that gathers the family together. nothing but good words to say. if u have a car, this is the perfect place for you. not to mention how friendly, responsive and professional the host is.
We had a large family ski holiday and choosing this accomodation was the best decision we made.
2 spacious homes next to each other with plenty of room and break out spaces if you needed some time out from “family fun” The accomodation was spotless and kitchen was well equipped.
But the view…that view was mesmerising and we would pinch ourselves waking up to it everyday. The hosts was wonderful to deal with and looked after our requests with ease. Thank you for having us we had the best time :)
We stayed in both twin units, 5A and 5B, and absolutely loved it! Big appreciation for the host’s fast and helpful responses, superb service. We know no place is perfect, even the luxurious ones, but the quick action on any issue made a huge difference. The facilities were complete, clean kitchen utensils, comfy rooms, and especially the kids’ room, which was a lovely touch for our 3 kids and 2 infants. Everything was neat, tidy, and the internet was fast too. It’s pretty expensive, but with the great service, full facilities, and amazing location, we’d say it’s worth it and yes, it feels like a luxury stay. The heated bedsheets saved our first chilly night and gave us sweet dreams! The view from the balcony is just unreal. A suggestion: a connecting door between the two units would be a perfect 5 star+ upgrade. We’re definitely planning to come back. Highly recommended!

Far by the best Airbnb my family and I have ever stayed at. Justin and his team were very easy to communicate with and always responded in a timely manner. Apart from the beautiful view of the Remarkable the two houses itself were beautifully furnished , clean and very spacious for our party of 16 people. I would definitely recommend booking with Justin and his team as they were so lovely and so accommodating.
The townhouses were perfect for our trip. Beautifully appointed - everything you could ask for. The location was stunning and the views are to die for! We'll comeback again for sure!

The stairs were more daunting than we had anticipated - however, we still booked knowing there were stairs in general

This is on top of the list so far the best accommodation we've had. The place was so clean and tidy that we just let the toddler crawl around without worrying too much. The host responds very promptly and so nice that he allowed extra time for our check-out.

Fantastic accomodation for a large group. We had 4 x whānau/families plus a few extra people staying. Plenty of room for parents and kids to sleep separately with the fold out beds included. Great facilities for shared meals if eating in too. Stylish and modern furnishings. Highly recommend.
This airbnb slept me and my family (14 Adults & 4 children under 7) very comfortably. Warm, spacious, tidy and super clean. The views are truly magical! The best living room views you'll get in Queenstown. Sitting up on Fernhill will have feeling away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown city centre yet still so close and less than a 5min drive if you did want to head on down.
Justin is a fabulous host. Communication and Welcome is second to none. Always answered any question I had and was super understanding and accommodating.
I can't recommend this space enough. If you're lucky enough to find availability, BOOK IT! You will not be disappointed!
Two incredible houses with amazing views of the lake. Both well equipped with everything you need when away while also feeling really homely. Both houses are spacious and well laid out, even with a large group there was a lot of space. Great communication from the host from booking right up until check-in. We will definitely be back!
This is a very nice place. Obviously very new, but also very well spec’ed with tasty furniture and fittings. Our group of 15 were easily accommodated, with plenty of space to spread out in. Oh, and the view was amazing. Thank you.

Wonderful views, cosy and warm! Very clean and beautiful furniture. Beds are extremely hard however but overall an Amazing place to stay.
Justin was quick to respond with any enquiries regarding the accomodation leading up to our stay. We were a group of 16 and rented both apartments together which were spacious and absolutely beautiful. Amazing views and close enough to the city (about $12 dollars in an Uber.) Over all our stay was great. The neighbours are also very nice we did stop and chat with them a few times. The apartments and views are stunning. The pull out couch bed available in each is also really nice and is not the couch in the lounge but in it’s own movie room. The other rooms all had lake views including the ensuite room which has a bathroom looking onto the lake as well. Great outdoor areas and decks. I would 100% recommend this accomodation and Justin. 😊
