House Rules Overview & Important information
- No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited at our property.
- Minimum Age: Guests must be 24 years or older to make a booking.
- Group Restrictions: We do not accept bookings for Schoolies, Hens, or Bucks groups.
- Respect the Neighbours: In compliance with QLDC noise rules, there shall be no use of outdoor areas between 10pm and 8am. Amplified sound, including music, is prohibited in outdoor living areas from 8 pm to 8 am. We require you to move inside and close the doors and windows. Noise must be kept to a minimum. Excessive noise or non-compliance may result in fines.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1,000.00 is required before check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card and released after your stay.

Noise Monitoring System: All of our properties are equipped with a noise monitoring system that continuously tracks noise levels (without recording audio/conversations) and promptly alerts the property manager if noise exceeds permissible limits. This system assesses decibel levels across the property, solely focusing on sound intensity without recording or eavesdropping, ensuring no collection, storage, or sharing of personal data occurs.

The stay was great. And the host was very responsive and helpful when we faced with some issue on the hot water. The stay can be better if some of the fixtures are repaired.
Great place near to airport for large group. Good grocery options nearby. As mentioned in description location to near to main road and you can easily miss keep GPS on if new to Queenstown and slow down little when you are near. Loved surrounding to this property great views.
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, spotless home in Queenstown. It was the perfect size for our family of 10, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves.
The chalkboard area was a huge hit with the kids and the spacious balcony with its gorgeous views was a favourite spot for all!
The hosts were fantastic to deal with- very responsive, helpful and quick to address any concerns we had.
The location was awesome and made exploring Queenstown so easy.

Overall, we had a good stay. The view from the house was superb and exactly as shown in the photos. The property was comfortable and offered a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
One thing to note is that the house is located next to the main road, and the driveway/access road is quite steep, so extra care may be needed when driving.
Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others looking for a place with a beautiful view.

The house was tidy and spacious enough for a large group of friends and family. The location was great! 10 mins to the town centre and 3 mins to the airport.

We booked this place as a family of 9 (+2 kids) for a wedding we were attending. The house is perfect size for everyone and as described. Location is a bit of a challenge with the main road and steep driveway, but this is mentioned when booking by the host. Some of the beds are quite hard as some comments mention, but we would recommend this spot and stay again in the future. Thanks!

Such a great place to stay, the backdrop of Lake Wakatipu from the balcony was amazing, having a bbq on the deck with some drinks in the sun was unreal!

Great place to stay for a group, particularly if you have a busy agenda and out and about, but need a base for cooking and sleeping. Property has stunning views and a great deck for entertaining. It has all that’s needed for cooking etc.
Property has fairly basic furniture which was great as nothing to get broken while still being comfortable. There are no curtains in living areas and some of the beds can be a bit firm. There is plenty of parking but it can be tricky to back out (they mention this in the welcome) and with the current road works at Frankton, it’s a busy place to get out of.
Does represent value for a large group and suited us perfectly for our needs.
We had a fantastic stay at this bach with a group of 8 over five nights in winter. The home was amazing, with great views and incredibly warm, which made it perfect for the colder season. The location was perfect, close to all the key amenities while still feeling peaceful and private.
Any minor issues we encountered were quickly and professionally addressed by the Luxury Away team. Their communication was excellent, and they were very accommodating with our late check-in and checkout, which gave us plenty of flexibility.

I really had a wonderful time with family at this property. I really appreciated having AC in the living rooms and the bedrooms are well equipped with heaters for chilly nights. The views are breathtaking.
A great place for a larger group getaway for the weekend. The hosts were very helpful and responsive with questions such as how many cars would be able to be parked in the driveway. Very comfortable house, warm, and private. The perfect space that fit our purpose, thank you for having us!

During the time we stay in this house, we have a great time to enjoy the atmosphere, outside view, and very convenience facility. This is our family travel in South island. We will recommend traveler stay here. You will enjoy your holiday like us.
The property is comfortable. We were 9 adults, however there was only 1 couch in the main living area, whilst there was some chairs, we felt another couch would have been better. As mentioned the property in on an Extremely busy road and the Driveway is very steep. Its a 15 minute drive into Queenstown.

Nice view from the deck, a good bbq spot for the family. Kids enjoyed the spacious living room and a functional kitchen equipped with appliances and clean cooking utensils.
Just a recommendation for guest staying for few days; a busy kitchen needs a rug on the floor, extra bath mat and window blinds to keep the guests privacy especially at night.
Overall, the place is highly recommended for family and group bookings.

The view from the deck is definitely worth it. Walking into the living room you get this unobstructed view of Lake Wakatipu. The property is in a beautiful location and really close to Queenstown city center. Also the free dedicated parking is a huge plus. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Queenstown.
Excellent place to stay, the family and kids really enjoyed everything about the house and location. Close to town and amenities would definitely come again. Had a party of eight and everybody was comfortable.
