The spacious Master Bedroom, complete with a wardrobe and en suite, is located on the top level, along with three additional bedrooms. These four bedrooms are all situated on the top level, providing a comfortable and private living space.

House Rules Overview & Important information
- No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited at our property.
- Minimum Age: Guests must be 24 years or older to make a booking.
- Group Restrictions: We do not accept bookings for Schoolies, Hens, or Bucks groups.
- Respect the Neighbours: In compliance with QLDC noise rules, there shall be no use of outdoor areas between 10pm and 8am. Amplified sound, including music, is prohibited in outdoor living areas from 8 pm to 8 am. We require you to move inside and close the doors and windows. Noise must be kept to a minimum. Excessive noise or non-compliance may result in fines.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1,000.00 is required before check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card and released after your stay.

Noise Monitoring System: All of our properties are equipped with a noise monitoring system that continuously tracks noise levels (without recording audio/conversations) and promptly alerts the property manager if noise exceeds permissible limits. This system assesses decibel levels across the property, solely focusing on sound intensity without recording or eavesdropping, ensuring no collection, storage, or sharing of personal data occurs.

Séjour parfait. Maison magnifique.Nous avons sollicité notre hôte à plusieurs reprises pour des questions liées à l’usure ( porte garage, gaz, fuites..) et tout a été réglé dans la journée. Il nous a tenu informé des interventions et nous a même offert une bouteille de vin pour s’excuser du désagrément. Bravo
We had a wonderful stay at Sumview. The views are just stunning and it is a great quiet location that is nice and close to town.
The house had everything we needed and the hosts were very helpful and responsive.

Luxury Away is one of the best host that I’ve encountered with!
First of all, we love their place! Everything is as pictured, you have everything you need literally! All their bath items are 5 stars hotel quality. You feel like staying in a 5 star hotel because the host response to you within minutes even late at night.
We usually came home after 9 pm and found out there was no fire starter, they went extra mile to make a purchase and sent it to us past 10 pm in addition to helping us start the fire.
Our stay at the villa was memorable with the kids and we were kept warm!
I highly recommend Luxury Away! They managed the property well! Kept the house clean and service worthy of 5 stars!

Thank you so much, what a beautiful place it definitely is sumview! I honestly felt like the view got better and better, it was close to town and all the attractions, the beds were comfortable, the home was warm the spa and the fire place was amazing. We will definitely be back, it was a beautiful stay!
Thankyou for an amazing stay. The house was perfectly setup for our 2 families with kids ranging from 13yrs to 5yrs it suited everyone’s needs and had plenty of room.
This house was perfect in every way. The views just speak for themselves. A group of 6 ladies visiting last week for four nights to celebrate a milestone birthday and have some fun in and around Queenstown. It was super convenient and close to everything. The house itself had everything we could’ve asked for. Chilling, catching up with friends, making memories, laughing infront of the cosy, warm fire was a true highlight, in the evenings and early mornings. Would highly recommend this property stay to all.
The view was spectacular and the size worked well for our family. Very warm and well appointed. Quality beds, slept very well.
Water pressure could be better. Overall would recommend!!
