House Rules Overview & Important Information
- No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited at our property.
- Minimum Age: Guests must be 24 years or older to make a booking.
- Group Restrictions: We do not accept bookings for Schoolies, Hens, or Bucks groups.
- Respect the Neighbours: In compliance with QLDC noise rules, there shall be no use of outdoor areas between 10pm and 8am. Amplified sound, including music, is prohibited in outdoor living areas from 8 pm to 8 am. We require you to move inside and close the doors and windows. Noise must be kept to a minimum. Excessive noise or non-compliance may result in fines.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1,000.00 is required before check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card and released after your stay.

Noise Monitoring System: All of our properties are equipped with a noise monitoring system that continuously tracks noise levels (without recording audio/conversations) and promptly alerts the property manager if noise exceeds permissible limits. This system assesses decibel levels across the property, solely focusing on sound intensity without recording or eavesdropping, ensuring no collection, storage, or sharing of personal data occurs.

Spacious, beautiful house. Great location - away from the busy city centre yet near enough to the city and other amenities like restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

good place to stay away from hustle and bustle of queenstown. A few minor niggles but will address these privately with host.
