House Rules Overview & Important information

  • No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited at our property.
  • Minimum Age: Guests must be 24 years or older to make a booking.
  • Group Restrictions: We do not accept bookings for Schoolies, Hens, or Bucks groups.
  • Respect the Neighbours: In compliance with QLDC noise rules, there shall be no use of outdoor areas between 10pm and 8am. Amplified sound, including music, is prohibited in outdoor living areas from 8 pm to 8 am. We require you to move inside and close the doors and windows. Noise must be kept to a minimum. Excessive noise or non-compliance may result in fines.
  • Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1,000.00 is required before check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card and released after your stay.

Noise Monitoring System: All of our properties are equipped with a noise monitoring system that continuously tracks noise levels (without recording audio/conversations) and promptly alerts the property manager if noise exceeds permissible limits. This system assesses decibel levels across the property, solely focusing on sound intensity without recording or eavesdropping, ensuring no collection, storage, or sharing of personal data occurs.

Perfect winter location, spectacular views of the lake and mountains which were capped with snow during our stay.
The apartment was 5 star and had everything to make your stay memorable. Comfortable beds, beautiful furnishings, luxurious towels, heated towel rails with were fantastic and heated flooring in parts of the building….so good!
The wood heater was great, and there were plenty of heaters on each level to keep the entire building cosy and warm. We were unsure about the heating the first night, however after a message to our host, Leo was quick to respond and in no time we were all very cosy.
Leo was a great host, responding to our queries promptly….thank you Leo!
I couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to stay with my family to celebrate my 60th birthday.

Beautiful property with an incredible view. It was the perfect base for our family holiday. We loved the fireplace and the well-heated BBQ area, which made it easy to enjoy the outdoor space even in winter. We would return in a heartbeat!
