House Rules Overview & Important information

  • No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited at our property.
  • Minimum Age: Guests must be 24 years or older to make a booking.
  • Group Restrictions: We do not accept bookings for Schoolies, Hens, or Bucks groups.
  • Respect the Neighbours: In compliance with QLDC noise rules, there shall be no use of outdoor areas between 10pm and 8am. Amplified sound, including music, is prohibited in outdoor living areas from 8 pm to 8 am. We require you to move inside and close the doors and windows. Noise must be kept to a minimum. Excessive noise or non-compliance may result in fines.
  • Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1,000.00 is required before check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card and released after your stay.

Noise Monitoring System: All of our properties are equipped with a noise monitoring system that continuously tracks noise levels (without recording audio/conversations) and promptly alerts the property manager if noise exceeds permissible limits. This system assesses decibel levels across the property, solely focusing on sound intensity without recording or eavesdropping, ensuring no collection, storage, or sharing of personal data occurs.

The most spectacular house. Clean, warm and fresh. Outstanding views. Leo was amazing. Had a steamer organised so I had something to steam my wedding dress with. As we came over our destination wedding. Leo was super responsive and always had my mind at ease. Five minute ubers into town which was cheaper than paying parking and easier that finding a park in town too. Would stay again. Thanks Leo!!!

My family really enjoyed our stay here! The house was spacious and very comfortable, especially for a big group. Having two separate living rooms was a huge plus as it gave everyone plenty of space to relax. The house worked really well for our family and made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it for bigger groups!

Perfectly sized house comfortable bedding and bed configuration for 5 couples . Cosy furniture with easy to light fireplace. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook in. Enjoyed the outside jacuzzi! This was a must when searching for the right house. Very much enjoyed our stay
