Privately situated on the 4th level is the spacious Master Bedroom, Wardrobe and En Suite. Access to the entertainment room and outdoor area is made possible from this area. Three double bedrooms are situated on the 2nd level as well as a shared bathroom and powder room. The second separate toilet is located next to the living room on the 3rd level.

House Rules Overview & Important information
- No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited at our property.
- Minimum Age: Guests must be 24 years or older to make a booking.
- Group Restrictions: We do not accept bookings for Schoolies, Hens, or Bucks groups.
- Respect the Neighbours: In compliance with QLDC noise rules, there shall be no use of outdoor areas between 10pm and 8am. Amplified sound, including music, is prohibited in outdoor living areas from 8 pm to 8 am. We require you to move inside and close the doors and windows. Noise must be kept to a minimum. Excessive noise or non-compliance may result in fines.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1,000.00 is required before check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card and released after your stay.

Noise Monitoring System: All of our properties are equipped with a noise monitoring system that continuously tracks noise levels (without recording audio/conversations) and promptly alerts the property manager if noise exceeds permissible limits. This system assesses decibel levels across the property, solely focusing on sound intensity without recording or eavesdropping, ensuring no collection, storage, or sharing of personal data occurs.

Great place! Overall, comfortable and spacious. Only downside is the amount of stairs to each level. Beds could be more comfortable but were comfortable enough. The bed heaters were a nice touch!
Waking up to Lake view from the house is absolutely stunning and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much.
超喜歡的一間住宿！室內空間完全符合照片所示，位於皇后鎮比較高處的位置，可以俯瞰市中心，視野很好，我們甚至直接在陽台看到極光！！！11月在自己的陽台看到極光真的是超級夢幻的體驗。
方便停車，有自己的車庫，含車庫前的空間可以停放2-3台車沒有問題。車庫裡有洗烘衣機可以隨時使用。
開車到城內大概7-10分鐘左右的車程，鬧中取靜。
公共空間很大，我們8個人入住完全可以同時在客廳休息或用餐（同時欣賞超漂亮湖景）。
房間數量足夠而且舒服，衛浴的洗漱用品及乳液都是很好聞的味道、熱水穩定供應，同時洗澡也不搶水，有時間的話也有浴缸可以泡澡。
4間房帶一間有沙發床的娛樂室，最多可以舒服的入住8-10個人沒有問題，4樓的主臥室有很大的更衣間，剛好讓我擺放帶來的婚紗！
廚房設備非常充足，包含了很好用的洗碗機跟廚餘機！各式備品（像是咖啡球跟、茶包）及餐盤都有被細心準備。
房東有主動關心我們的入住體驗、詢問有沒有其他需要，以及快速的回答問題，感到很貼心。
一切都美好的恰如其分，現場也跟顯示的照片完全一樣，可以放心預訂。
唯ㄧ需要考量的是這是一間4層樓的房子，爬樓梯是必須的，如果有行動不便或是難以搬動的大件行李，可能需要考慮如何安排。
