Bedrooms
Privately situated on the 4th level is the spacious Master Bedroom, Wardrobe and En Suite. Access to the entertainment room and outdoor area is made possible from this area. Three double bedrooms are situated on the 2nd level as well as a shared bathroom and powder room. The second separate toilet is located next to the living room on the 3rd level.

House Rules Overview & Important information
- No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited at our property.
- Minimum Age: Guests must be 24 years or older to make a booking.
- Group Restrictions: We do not accept bookings for Schoolies, Hens, or Bucks groups.
- Respect the Neighbours: In compliance with QLDC noise rules, there shall be no use of outdoor areas between 10pm and 8am. Amplified sound, including music, is prohibited in outdoor living areas from 8 pm to 8 am. We require you to move inside and close the doors and windows. Noise must be kept to a minimum. Excessive noise or non-compliance may result in fines.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1,000.00 is required before check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card and released after your stay.

Noise Monitoring System: All of our properties are equipped with a noise monitoring system that continuously tracks noise levels (without recording audio/conversations) and promptly alerts the property manager if noise exceeds permissible limits. This system assesses decibel levels across the property, solely focusing on sound intensity without recording or eavesdropping, ensuring no collection, storage, or sharing of personal data occurs.

总共四层楼，都正对wakatipu 湖，风景超漂亮，与图片一模一样，生活用品一应俱全，响应也很及时，洗衣粉用完了，房东及时为我们补充。我们在这度过了愉快的6天。

Our experience at this host was fantastic from start to finish. The host was incredibly communicative and helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and quickly answering the few questions we had. Their professionalism made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
The space itself was spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained. Everything was comfortable, functional, and exactly as described in the listing photos. It was clear that the host puts a lot of effort into making guests feel welcome, providing all the necessary amenities and then some. We felt right at home immediately.
