- No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited at our property.
- Minimum Age: Guests must be 24 years or older to make a booking.
- Group Restrictions: We do not accept bookings for Schoolies, Hens, or Bucks groups.
- Respect the Neighbours: In compliance with QLDC noise rules, there shall be no use of outdoor areas between 10pm and 8am. Amplified sound, including music, is prohibited in outdoor living areas from 8 pm to 8 am. We require you to move inside and close the doors and windows. Noise must be kept to a minimum. Excessive noise or non-compliance may result in fines.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1,000.00 is required before check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card and released after your stay.

Noise Monitoring System: All of our properties are equipped with a noise monitoring system that continuously tracks noise levels (without recording audio/conversations) and promptly alerts the property manager if noise exceeds permissible limits. This system assesses decibel levels across the property, solely focusing on sound intensity without recording or eavesdropping, ensuring no collection, storage, or sharing of personal data occurs.

Great place to stay - not as busy as Queenstown but nearby. Beautiful area, good for skiing and golf, with plenty of places to eat nearby as well.

A very comfortable home in a pretty location. House is warm and inviting with a lovely breakout room around a fireplace. Much larger than the photos suggest.
We stayed April 2026 for my wedding (me and my bridesmaids). It was the most perfect house for getting ready at, the lounge is tastefully decorated and the bookshelves etc make it feel really homely.
The location in Arrowtown is perfect as it gets sun early being up a bit higher. The garden was lovely for pictures - and the hillside that you look out to from the property during Autumn when the Autumn leaves are in full swing was amazing!
The house was also alot more spacious than appears - the rooms are huge and it was just perfect for getting make up and hair done the morning of our big day. Couldn't recommend a house more.

Fabulous stay in Arrowtown! Loved the proximity to the trails for walking/running and to the main shops for shopping and dining out. Such a beautiful time to see the Autumn colours in Arrowtown! The house was lovely and cosy, very warm and a well equipped kitchen. Thank you for a great stay!
