The spacious Master Bedroom, featuring a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, is located on the main level along with a double bedroom, the main bathroom, laundry, kitchen, and living areas. Two additional double bedrooms are situated on the lower level along with a bathroom, providing ample space for guests.

- No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited at our property.
- Minimum Age: Guests must be 24 years or older to make a booking.
- Group Restrictions: We do not accept bookings for Schoolies, Hens, or Bucks groups.
- Respect the Neighbours: In compliance with QLDC noise rules, there shall be no use of outdoor areas between 10pm and 8am. Amplified sound, including music, is prohibited in outdoor living areas from 8 pm to 8 am. We require you to move inside and close the doors and windows. Noise must be kept to a minimum. Excessive noise or non-compliance may result in fines.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1,000.00 is required before check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card and released after your stay.

This place is absolutely beautiful, warm and comfy. Super comfortable beds and quality linen. Short stroll down town and amazing restaurants. Location is so much better than staying in Queenstown , zero traffic and great access to all ski fields. We will definately be coming back here.

Really Beautiful furnishings and art work. Fireplace made it very warm and cozy.
Lovely clean bathrooms with nice pressure showers.
Kitchen had plenty of dishes and glasses, Coffee pods/ teabags n sugar.
Few things would have made it better such as leaving small carton of long life milk , instant coffee, salt and pepper.
No garage remote control is provided. Little bit inconvenient to run upstairs, open the front door and then go inside the garage to open garage from inside and also close from inside.
Front balcony overlooks 3 neighbours properties at the front so we didn’t find it very private.
Also, to use the backyard, you need to go through the front
door.
15 minutes walk to the town so you really need a car to go to the cafes / shops.
Overall, really good experience.

Beautiful home away from home in gorgeous Arrowtown. Such a lovely cosy but spacious house, very warm and comfortable beds and nice spaces for all with spacious backyard and short work to Arrowtown! Hope to be back!

It is very well located and a good place to have a family gathering.
The jacuzzi is a bonus for the kids and the fireplace was nice on the colder days.

Note: there is no heater in the downstairs bedroom so at times was cold at night, and there is only 1 key to share between all guests.
This was a great place for four couples with lots of glasses, plates etc and well set up. Quality linen and amenities made it luxurious.
We stayed here for a girls weekend and this house was perfect. It was warm and cosy, and very clean and tidy. We loved all the beautiful furnishing and decor. Really nice linen and lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Sunny backyard area was great too. We didn't try the spa but it looked clean and well maintained. Would love to come back some time.

Had a great stay at this property, great location if you want to ski Queenstown or Wānaka. House was clean and tidy and well presented. Hot tub was great after a days skiing, only a 15min walk into Arrowtown centre. The only minor thing was there wasn’t a speaker to listen to music, luckily we brought our own and whilst there was tea and coffee, there was very few other staples you may get in other Airbnbs but these were only minor. All in all we had a great stay.

An excellent place close to Arrow Town-house was spotless, warm and could easily accomodate 4 couples.
The only thing missing was some decent kindling to get the fire going-unfortunately we were unable to get the wood fire going but the reverse air made sure the place was toasty.

Great house, no problems with staying here. It's a good location in Arrowtown, and very good for the area as you're out of Queenstown's traffic!. House is as described, very comfortable. Very fast to respond to a few questions and an accommodation request etc.
